Morgan Carroll (Aurora) serves as Chair of Senate Judiciary and is a member of Senate Agricultural, Natural Resources & Energy Committee. She has served in the Colorado House from 2005 - 2008 and served as Majority Caucus Chair, vice-chair of Judiciary Committee and on the Business Affairs and Labor committees. Morgan Carroll is an author and attorney. Her emphasis is on advocating for people with disabilities in access to health care and taking on insurance companies who refuse to pay owed claims.
